We’ve been stopping at the Country Inn &Suites by Radisson for 11 years as we travel back and forth to Florida each year. Over the years we’ve been pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the positive treatment that we received. Years ago we noticed that the interior was old and in need of updating. And over the recent years we were pleased with the improvements which we’ve noticed. Paint, new bathroom fixtures, new desks, etc. have not gone unnoticed. We appreciate the cleaner, brighter feeling of the rooms. Thank you.
Kelly was GOD SENT! I called after checking in at neighboring, NASTY hotel praying that they had a room for my elderly mother, her dog and myself. Kelly said absolutely when I told her our situation. When we arrived not only had she been thoughtful enough to place us on the first floor so my elderly mother could easily take her dog outside but she had her great crew in the room giving it and extra clean as we arrived. The room smelled great and was very clean which such a peace of mind after what we had come from down the road. All the staff were very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable!! Would definitely stay here again!
Extremely clean room,gave us an upgrade to a king suite which was very nice and they gave it to us for the price we booked online. The bed was very comfortable. We also had our furry friend with us and he loved the room as well. So if your ever in rock Hill south Carolina..... This is the place to stay! Also had a delicious hot breakfast..... Bonus!!!!!
My kids && I stayed here because of Hurricane Helene. Everyone was super nice. Complimentary breakfast && a comfortable bed to sleep in.... I forgot we were going through a hurricane. I would definitely stay here again
First impression: clean. Front desk employees are friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. It needed minor touch ups, which did not influence my rating. It is off the main road, yet close. I visit Rock Hill a couple times a year, and will stay here next time.
Rooms were nice and clean , right off of 77 very convenient.. we are very picky on beds And here they are very good. Not like concrete lol. Staff was very friendly . We stay here everytime we come to Rock Hill
Traveling home from Daytona with 10 of us, so we booked three rooms. I usually don't book 'cheap' priced hotels, but decided to give this one a shot. The location was excellent and upon pulling into the parking lot, I was already impressed at how nice the property looked. Walking in, the lobby and decor were VERY NICE. I was greeted by a VERY friendly and welcoming young lady. She quickly checked me in and told me all about the property and also surrounding restaurants. Upon entering the rooms, they looked really good (at least as nice as the pictures - ONE OF THE FEW TIMES EVER). I felt very at ease that the rooms were clean and they looked very inviting. Room amenities were perfect, everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much this place exceeded my expectations. DEFINITELY a great value....great in general but ESPECIALLY for the price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I have stayed here quite often and it’s always clean and the staff are all very nice. It’s very reasonably priced as well. Love staying here!
